Track Your Order
All Coal Harbour orders are dispatched with full tracking included. Here's how to check where your parcel is.
View your order history
The quickest way to track your order is through your Coal Harbour account. Sign in to see your full order history, current status, and any tracking links provided by the courier.
Tracking email
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the courier's tracking page. Please allow a few hours for the link to go live as tracking details only activate once the courier has scanned your parcel on collection.
Delivery information
We dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to do so within 1–2 working days. During seasonal peaks (usually October to December) dispatch may take up to 3 working days — we'll notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked delivery. Some heavier items are sent overnight via APC. Couriers to Northern Ireland may vary depending on order weight.
