Coal Harbour has a flat shipping fee of £3.99 for all orders to England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland using 2-4 business day carbon neutral shipping. Where the order value is over £30, shipping costs are free.
Environmental Shipping:
Coal Harbour funds carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. Every delivery’s carbon footprint is calculated based on weight, shipping method, and distance traveled. We neutralize these emissions by purchasing verified carbon removal credits from groundbreaking projects. When you add a contribution to your order, 100% of that money is used to pay for additional carbon removal.
Dispatch packaging:
We aim to use eco-friendly packaging with cardboard and paper interior and minimal plastic at all times. For fragile items we may need to use bubble wrap from a recycled source.
Dispatch timelines:
We dispatch Monday to Friday and aim to do so within 1-2 working days for all orders. During seasonal peaks - usually October to December - dispatch times may take up to 3 working days but we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Delivery Courier:
Most of our shipments are made via Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked delivery. Some heavier items are delivered overnight via APC. Couriers to Northern Ireland may differ depending on the weight of the order.
Delivery Tracking:
We provide tracking details for all orders once dispatched. You will receive an email with the tracking details containing a link to the courier website. Please note that tracking links won't become live until the courier has scanned the parcel on collection, which may take several hours.
BFPO Addresses:
Please note we currently only ship to the BFPO addresses by request due to fluctuating courier prices and the need to check amounts of liquids in each delivery. Please contact us if you wish to make a BFPO order but if an order is already placed we will contact you direct and may adjust shipping costs where necessary.
